Base: Home Base (must reside within 2hr of major hub airport)
Aircraft will be floating aircraft: Part 91 & 135 Operations
- This will be a 4-Crew Rotation Aircraft.
- Schedule will be an 8-ON/6-OFF
Captain Qualifications: MUST BE BE400 TYPED (Nextant Experience Preferred)
- ATP
- First Class Medical
- 3,500 hours Total Time
- 2,000 hours Multi Engine Land w/ 1800 as PIC
- 200hr in BE400 (Nextant w/ 100hr as PIC)
- 1,800 hours PIC
- 1800 hours Turbine Time
- 300 hours Instrument as PIC
- 30hr in the last 90-day & 200hr within the last 365 days
- International Experience (Meets ICAO Requirement)
- 135 Experience

Additional Pilot Job Responsibilities
Flight Operations & Safety
- Conduct all flight operations in strict compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety management systems
- Perform comprehensive pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including aircraft inspections and documentation
- Maintain situational awareness and exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight
- Ensure adherence to all weather minimums, fuel requirements, and alternate planning standards
- Participate in and support Safety Management System (SMS) reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Able to lift a minimum of 65lbs
Crew Resource Management (CRM)
- Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication within a multi-crew environment
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability in the cockpit and with support teams
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and operations control for seamless trip execution
Passenger Experience
- Provide a high level of professionalism and service to passengers and clients
- Ensure cabin readiness, cleanliness, and overall passenger comfort
- Communicate clearly with passengers regarding flight conditions, delays, or changes when appropriate
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with scheduling and operations teams to ensure trip accuracy and readiness
- Review trip sheets, NOTAMs, weather briefings, and routing prior to each flight
- Ensure all required documentation (aircraft, crew, and passenger) is accurate and onboard
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness and readiness
Regulatory Compliance & Training
- Maintain all required pilot certifications, medicals, passports, visas, and training currency
- Complete recurrent training, check rides, and company training requirements on schedule
- Stay current on changes to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- International charter flying required (MUST meet ICAO international age requirement to fly international.)
Professional Standards
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Maintain flexibility and availability to support a 24/7 operational environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to adapt to last-minute schedule changes
Administrative Responsibilities
- Complete flight logs, expense reports, and required company documentation accurately and timely
- Utilize company systems (e.g., scheduling, expense, and reporting platforms) efficiently and correctly
- Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews when required
FlyHouse operates a fleet of aircraft worldwide and is certified as Wyvern Wingman, Argus Platinum and audited by the Air Charter Safety Foundation and IS-BAO.
Applicants are subject to FAA/DOT drug testing program, pilot records check, background check, fingerprinting and driver’s records check.
Compensation
Captain: $155K-$165K
Sun Air Jets benefits package includes competitive pay, per diem, 401K with an employer match, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) mostly paid by the company, and paid time off (vacation and sick time).
